Testicular cancer

Testicular cancer is a broad category of malignant tumors that originate in the testicles, with unknown etiology and varying histological types and manifestations. It can be divided into germ cell tumors (accounting for about 95%) and non-germ cell tumors. Germ cell tumors can be further subdivided into seminomas and non-seminomas, each accounting for approximately 50%. This disease is most common in young and middle-aged men aged 20-34. It is more common in Caucasian men than in men of other ethnicities, and taller men also have a higher risk of developing testicular cancer. The main symptom is a painless scrotal mass.
