Prostatic calculi

Prostatic calculi refer to primary stones, often round or oval, that form within the prostatic tissue (acini and ducts). They are common in middle-aged and elderly men. Clinically, most patients are asymptomatic, while a few may experience symptoms such as frequent urination, painful urination, or hematuria.
