Scrotal cancer

Scrotal cancer is a relatively rare malignant tumor that occurs in the epithelium of the male scrotum, mainly including squamous cell carcinoma, Paget's disease (also known as inflammatory carcinoma or eczematous carcinoma), and basal cell carcinoma. The former two are more common. This disease is common in people aged 50-70 years. Early symptoms include painless skin papules, nodules, or small warts on the scrotum. As the disease progresses, the scrotal mass enlarges, leading to local ulceration, pain, and other symptoms, and metastasizes to the ipsilateral lymph nodes, manifesting as enlarged lymph nodes.
