Sinus arrhythmia

A heart rhythm originating from the sinoatrial node is called a sinus rhythm. Sinus rhythm is a normal rhythm, and generally, the heart beats regularly at a rate of 60-100 beats per minute. The heart rate of infants and children is slightly faster than that of adults. Sinus arrhythmia, on the other hand, refers to a heart rhythm that is too fast, too slow, or irregular, but the pacemaker is still the sinoatrial node. Only the rhythm is problematic, losing its original consistent regularity.
