Pancreatic injury

Pancreatic injury refers to damage to the pancreas caused by various factors. According to the nature of the injury, it can be divided into three types: open penetrating injury, closed blunt injury, and iatrogenic surgical injury. The main symptoms include upper abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Peritonitis-related symptoms may also be present, and in severe cases, shock may occur.
