Detailed description
Prenatal care refers to regular check-ups for pregnant women and their fetuses throughout pregnancy to prevent and detect complications early and reduce their adverse effects.
Currently, domestic guidelines recommend prenatal check-ups at the following gestational weeks: 6-13 weeks +6, 14-19 weeks +6, 20-24 weeks, 25-28 weeks, 29-32 weeks, 33-36 weeks, and 37-41 weeks. A total of 7-11 visits are recommended. For those with high-risk factors, the number of visits should be increased as appropriate.
