In a broad sense, azoospermia includes both aspermia and azoospermia, but what we commonly refer to as azoospermia specifically means azoospermia.
Azoospermia refers to the absence of sperm in multiple semen analyses (usually 3 or more times), accounting for approximately 10% to 15% of male infertility cases.
This condition typically has no obvious clinical symptoms, mainly manifesting as male infertility, and may also be accompanied by testicular atrophy, sexual dysfunction, and other symptoms.
