Bronchitis in children

Pediatric bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchial mucosa caused by infections and other factors, usually secondary to upper respiratory tract infections. Due to incomplete growth and development, children are anatomically more prone to respiratory system infections than adults, and their immune function is also weaker, making them more susceptible to bronchitis. Common symptoms of pediatric bronchitis include coughing and expectoration.
