Infantile diarrhea

Infantile diarrhea refers to a condition in which the stool characteristics of infants change due to various reasons, presenting as loose stools, watery stools, mucous stools, or bloody stools, with or without an increase in the frequency of bowel movements. This disease is common in infants and young children aged 6 months to 2 years. The main symptoms include increased frequency and volume of bowel movements, and stools that are thinner than usual. It may also be accompanied by related symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, and loss of appetite.
