Nightmare

Nightmare, also known as sleep paralysis, is commonly referred to as "ghost pressing on the bed." It is a common sleep disorder. It often occurs during the onset of sleep or just before waking up, triggered by various factors. It is a clinical syndrome characterized by a sudden, conscious, and clear perception of the surrounding environment, but with a temporary terrifying experience of being unable to move the body voluntarily, accompanied by symptoms such as chest tightness, palpitations, and even hallucinations.
