Concealed penis, also known as buried penis, is a common congenital developmental anomaly and deformity. In individuals with concealed penis, the penile shaft is retracted into the body, with only the tip of the foreskin protruding. If the penile skin is pushed inward by hand, the penile shaft will become visible, but it retracts again as soon as the hand is released.
