Fasciitis is a non-specific aseptic inflammation of the muscles, typically referring to lesions of soft tissues such as fascia, muscles, and ligaments. It is primarily characterized by symptoms such as muscle pain, stiffness, and restricted movement. This condition is common in middle-aged adults, with a higher incidence in males and on the right side of the body.
