Meniscus injury of the knee joint

Meniscus injury refers to a series of clinical symptoms caused by the destruction of the integrity and continuity of the meniscus when the knee joint is subjected to force, excessive rotation, or twisting. It is one of the most common types of knee cartilage injury. This disease is common in young and middle-aged adults, with a higher incidence in males than in females. The main symptoms include severe pain inside the knee, swelling, and inability to straighten the leg.
