Thoracic spinal stenosis is a syndrome of thoracic spinal cord compression caused by a reduction in the cross-sectional area of the thoracic spinal canal. It is more common in middle-aged men, and its etiology is mainly due to acquired degenerative changes and developmental thoracic spinal stenosis. Thoracic back pain, numbness, and weakness in the lower limbs are the main symptoms of this disease.
