Insomnia

Insomnia disorder is a common sleep disorder characterized by dissatisfaction with sleep quantity and/or quality despite adequate opportunity and environment for sleep, leading to daytime functional impairment. It may manifest as difficulty falling asleep, waking up during the night, or waking up too early in the morning and being unable to return to sleep.
