Femoral neck fracture

Femoral neck fracture refers to a fracture that occurs below the femoral head and above the base of the femoral neck due to direct or indirect violence. This condition is common in middle-aged and elderly individuals. The main symptoms include hip pain after trauma, limited lower limb movement, inability to stand and walk, and shortening, abduction, and external rotation deformity of the lower limb.
