Peroneal nerve injury

Common peroneal nerve injury is the most common nerve injury in the lower extremities, referring to the dysfunction of the common peroneal nerve due to trauma or prolonged compression. The main symptoms include foot drop on the affected side, inability to dorsiflex the toes, and decreased or absent sensation in the lateral calf and dorsum of the foot.
