Clear cell sarcoma is a rare malignant soft tissue tumor, accounting for approximately 1% of all soft tissue sarcomas. It is a slow-growing tumor that commonly affects the extremities, predominantly the lower limbs, with the ankle and knee being the most frequent sites.
This disease can occur in any age group, with a peak incidence between 20 and 40 years of age. It is slightly more common in females than in males.
