Retinoblastoma (RB) is an intraocular malignant tumor caused by mutations or deletions in the tumor suppressor gene RB1. It is the most common intraocular malignant tumor in infants and young children.
This disease is most common in infants and young children under 3 years of age.
The main symptom is leukocoria, and other manifestations such as strabismus may also be present.
