Lacrimal gland adenoid cystic carcinoma is a malignant tumor originating from the myoepithelium of the lacrimal gland ducts. It is the most common malignant tumor of the lacrimal gland. This disease is common in people aged 30-40, with a higher incidence in females. The main symptoms include eye pain, headache, a mass in the superolateral orbit, and restricted eye movement.
