Aniridia

Aniridia is a bilateral developmental disorder characterized by congenital iris hypoplasia or absence of a normal iris. It can be accompanied by various eye conditions, such as corneal opacity, microcornea, lens dislocation, cataracts, glaucoma, macular hypoplasia, strabismus, and nystagmus, affecting the entire eyeball. The main symptoms include photophobia, frowning, squinting, poor vision, and potentially progressive vision loss.
