Wilson's disease

Wilson's disease is a hereditary disorder of copper metabolism caused by abnormal copper deposition in various tissues throughout the body. This disease presents with diverse manifestations, primarily affecting liver function and neurological function. Common symptoms include loss of appetite, fatigue, somnolence, jaundice, abdominal pain, anemia, hematuria, dystonia, and tremor.
