Osteoma of the nasal bone

Osteoma of the nasal bone is a common benign tumor of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, with a higher incidence in the paranasal sinuses. The frontal sinus is the most common site, followed by the ethmoid sinus, while the maxillary and sphenoid sinuses are less frequently affected. This condition is more prevalent in young adults, with a higher incidence in males. Common symptoms include frontal pain, proptosis, diplopia, and headache.
