Ceruminous adenoma is a rare clinical condition, referring to a benign tumor that originates in the cartilaginous part of the external auditory canal due to ceruminous gland hyperplasia. Recurrent cases are prone to malignant transformation.
In its early stages, this disease may be asymptomatic. As the tumor gradually enlarges, it can lead to external auditory canal stenosis, obstruction, ear stuffiness, and hearing loss.
