Skin papilloma

Skin papilloma is a histopathological term, mainly including the following two types: Common warts: Caused by human papillomavirus infection, presenting as hard papules with a rough surface to the touch. They can occur on any part of the body, but are most common on the hands. Seborrheic keratosis: One of the most common benign epidermal tumors, mainly seen in adults over 40 years old. Its incidence increases with age, hence it is also known as senile warts or age spots. It can occur on any skin area except the palms and soles, but is most common on the trunk and head and neck. Typical manifestations are round or oval papules or plaques, light brown to black, with clear boundaries, appearing to be "stuck" on the skin surface, and varying degrees of keratinization (roughness) visible on the lesion surface.
