Mania

Mania is a mental illness characterized by pathological emotional elevation, primarily manifesting as elevated mood and irritability, with the degree of elevation and irritability reaching an abnormal state. However, pure mania is relatively rare in clinical practice. The most common situation is when patients experience both manic and depressive episodes, which is known as bipolar disorder.
