Infantile cerebral atrophy is a severe central nervous system damage caused by cerebral cell ischemia, hypoxia, inflammation, and infection. Symptoms include growth and developmental delay, motor nerve function developmental delay, visual and auditory impairments, oral and facial dysfunction, and dental developmental disorders.
