Radiculitis

Radiculitis is an autoimmune peripheral neuritis characterized by demyelination of peripheral nerves and nerve roots, and infiltration of small vessels by inflammatory cells. Clinically, it often presents as muscle weakness and symmetrical paralysis. The most common form of radiculitis is acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, also known as Guillain-Barré syndrome.
