Liver cirrhosis

Cirrhosis is a disease in which scar tissue (fibrous tissue) replaces normal liver tissue due to one or more factors or primary diseases, causing the liver to gradually lose its normal function and leading to a series of symptoms and complications. This disease is common in men aged 20 to 50. Early cirrhosis has no symptoms or mild symptoms. As the disease worsens, patients often experience jaundice, edema, bleeding, and a series of complications such as variceal bleeding, ascites, and hepatic encephalopathy.
