Redundant prepuce

Phimosis refers to a condition where the glans penis cannot be exposed or is only partially exposed when the penis is in a natural, flaccid state. If not properly managed, it may lead to balanoposthitis. Phimosis is categorized into true phimosis and false phimosis. False phimosis means that the glans penis cannot be fully exposed in a natural state, but it can be fully exposed when the penis is erect. True phimosis, on the other hand, means that the glans penis still cannot be exposed or can only be partially exposed even when the penis is erect.
