Undifferentiated connective tissue disease (UCTD) refers to a condition where patients present with common symptoms of rheumatic diseases, such as Raynaud's phenomenon, arthralgia, myalgia, rash, and positive antinuclear antibodies, but do not yet meet the diagnostic criteria for any existing rheumatic disease. It may represent an early stage of a rheumatic disease.
