Detailed description
Hereditary nephritis is a relatively common genetic kidney disease, primarily characterized by hematuria, proteinuria, progressive decline in renal function, accompanied by sensorineural hearing loss and ocular abnormalities.
This disease is often incurable, but renal function can be maintained by controlling proteinuria, reducing damage to renal tubular epithelial cells, and slowing the progression to renal failure.
