Castleman disease

Castleman disease, also known as angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia or giant lymph node hyperplasia, is a rare chronic lymphoproliferative disorder. It was first reported by Dr. Benjamin Castleman, hence the name Castleman Disease. The main manifestations of this disease include enlarged lymph nodes, fever, and weight loss.
