Granulocytic-monocytic leukemia

Myelomonocytic leukemia is a hematological malignancy caused by abnormal clonal proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells. It can be divided into acute and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia. Main symptoms include bleeding, fever, pallor, fatigue, hepatosplenomegaly, and lymphadenopathy. Clinically, patients with myelomonocytic leukemia may show a significant increase in granulocytes or monocytes in peripheral blood or bone marrow cytology.
