Acute erythroleukemia

Acute erythroleukemia is a special type of acute leukemia characterized by significant erythroid hyperplasia in the bone marrow, with erythroblasts often exceeding 50% and exhibiting morphological abnormalities. It is also accompanied by abnormal myeloid proliferation, with blasts (myeloblasts and monoblasts) exceeding 20% of nucleated cells. The main symptoms include progressively worsening anemia or acute symptoms such as sudden infection, bleeding, even shock, and organ failure.
