Altitude sickness

Altitude sickness refers to a series of symptoms and metabolic changes that occur when people who usually live in plains enter high-altitude areas, or ascend from lower to higher altitudes, and are unable to adapt to the hypoxic environment. It is a type of high-altitude illness. The main symptoms of altitude sickness include headache, dizziness, blurred vision, tinnitus, insomnia, fatigue, nausea, and vomiting.
