Triple-H Syndrome

Clinically, "three highs" refers to hypertension, hyperglycemia, and hyperlipidemia. The specific diagnostic criteria are: Hypertension: At least three blood pressure measurements taken on different days are consistently above 140/90 mmHg under normal conditions. Hyperglycemia: Refers to a long-term elevated concentration of glucose in the blood, with a fasting blood glucose level above 6.1 mmol/L and a postprandial (2 hours after a meal) blood glucose level above 7.8 mmol/L. Hyperlipidemia: Diagnosed if total cholesterol is above 5.1 mmol/L, or triglycerides are above 1.7 mmol/L.
