Aortic pseudoaneurysm

Aortic pseudoaneurysm refers to a condition where the aortic wall is torn or perforated, and blood leaks out from this rupture, becoming encapsulated by adjacent aortic tissues to form a hematoma. This condition is extremely unstable, and once it ruptures, it can lead to massive hemorrhage, which is life-threatening. This disease is common in individuals with hypertension, obese individuals, and women. The main symptom is a pulsating mass appearing locally at the injured site.
