Palmar hyperhidrosis is a benign condition characterized by episodic sweating of both hands, forming noticeable beads or drops of sweat.
It is common in adolescents and young adults. The onset typically occurs between 8 and 12 years of age, with symptoms being most prominent before the age of 30. In most patients, symptoms gradually lessen after the age of 40, though a small number of patients experience persistent symptoms throughout their lives.
