The eyelid, commonly known as the "eyelid skin," is a skin tissue located near the edge of the eyeball. It is divided into the upper and lower eyelids. The eyelid covers the surface of the eyeball and plays an important protective role for the eye. Eyelid tumors refer to tumors that occur in the eyelid area and can be divided into the following two categories: Benign eyelid tumors: Clinically common. Such as papilloma, pigmented nevus, cyst, hemangioma, etc. Malignant eyelid tumors: Clinically rare. Such as basal cell carcinoma, meibomian gland carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, malignant melanoma, undifferentiated adenocarcinoma, etc. The main manifestation is the abnormal growth of a mass on the eyelid.
Extrapyramidal diseases
Extrapyramidal diseases, also known as movement disorders, refer to impaired regulation of body movements during voluntary actions. They primarily manifest in two ways: one is hypokinesia due to increased muscle tone, characterized by poverty of movement (e.g., Parkinson's disease); the other is hyperkinesia due to decreased muscle tone (e.g., chorea). Symptoms vary among patients with different etiologies. For conditions primarily characterized by hypokinesia, the most common symptoms are limb tremor, limb rigidity, and abnormal gait.
