Anemia is the most common complication during pregnancy and is classified as a high-risk pregnancy. Physiological anemia: During pregnancy, blood volume increases, and the increase in plasma is relatively greater than that of red blood cells, leading to blood dilution and "physiological anemia." Pathological anemia: Iron deficiency anemia is the most common type, accounting for 95% of anemia during pregnancy. The main symptoms include pale skin and conjunctiva, as well as general weakness and loss of appetite.
