Laryngeal neurofibroma is an autosomal dominant genetic disease originating from the nerve sheath, located in the aryepiglottic fold, ventricular fold, and other areas. It is a benign tumor with a low risk of malignant transformation. It can be accompanied by systemic neurofibromatosis. This disease is common in adults aged 40-50 years. The main symptom is hoarseness, and large tumors can cause dyspnea.
