Cervical polyp
Cervical polyps are benign growths formed by the localized proliferation of cervical mucosal tissue. Cervical polyps are very common, with an incidence of 2% to 5% in women. They are common in multiparous women of reproductive age and rare in premenarcheal or postmenopausal women. They generally do not recur after removal, and malignant transformation of polyps is extremely rare.

Endometrial hyperplasia is a non-physiological, non-invasive proliferative lesion of the endometrial glands. It encompasses a spectrum of dynamic progressive lesions ranging from normal endometrial tissue to endometrial cancer. It can be divided into two categories: Endometrial hyperplasia (without atypia): The risk of malignant transformation is low, with a 1% to 3% risk of eventually progressing to well-differentiated (low-grade) endometrial cancer. Atypical endometrial hyperplasia: Equivalent to "endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia," the risk of malignant transformation increases significantly, requiring immediate active medical and surgical treatment. This condition is common in women over 35 years of age. Some individuals with endometrial hyperplasia have no obvious symptoms, while common symptoms mainly include menstrual irregularities and postmenopausal vaginal bleeding.
