Hypospadias
Hypospadias
Hypospadias is a common congenital malformation of the male lower urinary tract and external genitalia, characterized by the urethral opening being located on the ventral side of the penis, anywhere from proximal to the normal urethral meatus to the perineum. Most cases are accompanied by penile curvature (chordee). It is one of the most common malformations of the pediatric genitourinary system.
