Papillary thyroid carcinoma is the most common type of thyroid cancer. It is slow-growing, has low malignancy, and is not contagious. The risk of developing this disease increases in individuals with a family history. This disease is more common in children and individuals aged 20-40, with a significantly higher incidence in females than in males. In its early stages, this disease has no obvious symptoms. In the middle and late stages, when it affects surrounding or distant vital organs, it can cause symptoms such as hoarseness, difficulty breathing, and difficulty swallowing.
