Uterine incision diverticulum
Uterine niche is a pouch-like pathological structure formed by incomplete healing of the uterine incision after uterine surgery, resulting in discontinuity of the endometrium and myometrium at the incision site, protruding outside the uterine cavity. This condition is common after cesarean section. The main symptoms include abnormal vaginal bleeding and prolonged menstruation.
