Tonsil cancer is a malignant tumor originating from the tonsillar fossa on both sides of the oropharynx, predominantly affecting men over 40 years old. Early stages may be asymptomatic or present with atypical symptoms such as pharyngeal discomfort and sore throat. As the tumor progresses, symptoms like dysphagia and dyspnea may appear.
